What to Avoid

Hot/Cold Temperatures

Extreme temperatures degrade the core of your paddle. Don’t leave your paddle in the car for long periods of time or overnight.

Using Paddle Eraser Frequently

Your paddle eraser is great for a deep cleaning of your paddle and removing built up debris that may be missed by regular microfibre cloth cleaning. Avoid overusing the eraser to extend paddle life.

Playing with Dirty Overgrips

Replace overgrips frequently. They are your connection to your paddle and significantly increase paddle and playing performance.

How to use your pickleball paddle eraser

Every time you make contact with a pickleball using a carbon fiber paddle, tiny pieces of plastic collect on the paddle's surface. Besides making your paddles look dirty, the fibers accumulate over time and can obstruct the paddle's natural grooves, gradually reducing your ability to generate spin on your shots.

A pickleball paddle eraser removes those plastic pieces and gets your paddle back doing its job.To use a pickleball paddle eraser, gently rub the eraser against the surface of your paddle using light pressure; avoid pressing too hard or wiping quickly. After cleaning, use a soft cloth to wipe away any residue left from the eraser. Avoid overusing your eraser as this may wear down the grit on your paddle more quickly. Our recommendation is once per 5 sessions for a deep clean.

How to install an overgrip on your pickleball paddle

Maintaining a clean and tacky grip is as if not more important than keeping the paddle face clean. Remember that its the only part of you that is physically connected to your paddle. We recommend changing your overgrip every 2 weeks at most and we decided to make our overgrips white as an indicator to help you know when to switch them out.
